If I create shares or folders on the server (as admin obviously) I can see them on the clients. If I open Explorer and browse to a share (say server company) and then try to add a file (or right click and create New file or folder) it acts like its added, but I cant see it. Moreover, if I try to add it again I get an error. If I go look on the server I can see the file or folder that I just tried to create IS there (Its also there if I just go to another PC).

It doesnt seem to matter what PC I try this on, or what user. The Share is set to Full Control for Everyone, and the Security permissions for the folders are set to give Domain Users modify rights.

Originally the permissions were of course each individual user having full access. Altering this doesnt seem to affect the outcome one way or the other. I tried creating a new share instead of the default shares that came with the server, but the outcome was the same. Pressing the refresh button doesnt resolve the issue. Heck, even rebooting doesnt resolve the issue. The files are there, but the client seems oblivious.

If I drop to a command prompt and do an xcopy /e of a directory on the local drive with multiple files and folders to the S: drive Ive mapped to SERVER Company it seems to copy the first directory and its files correctly, but then it stops with an error on the second folder. That error is File creation error - The system cannot find the file specified. Unable to create directory - S: network 12 File(s) copied. If I then go look in the Explorer Window I see the files just created as well as the network folder it specified that it failed on.
