FACTORY PATCH AND TONE LISTS The factory patch list has eight groups, the first four (A-D)--128 patches--being user-editable copies of the last four groups (E-H)--128 more patches-->which are read-only. Out of the box, groups A-D are identical in sound and settings to groups E-H. Each group comprises eight banks, each bank contains four patches, for a total of 32 patches per group, equalling 256 patches altogether. 'E' (or A) designates the group letter.

The first '1' is the bank number and the second '1' is the patch number.
