I use a program called Mod Organizer? Guessing that's not Nexus Mod Manager? I don't know. I'm very confused, unfortunately. Nexus Mod Manager is (as the name suggests) associated with and distributed by the Nexus site itself. It's widely used & actively developed and supported.

Oblivion mod manager; Oblivion mod manager. On Steam Workshop or other platforms. Install location.

That's what I use for Fallout 4 and Skyrim and (I believe) it will work equally well for Oblivion. Byond Mi-book Software. Nexus Mod Manager (NMM).
