Ironically, the 'Lewinsky Scandal' described as the 'sensation that enveloped the presidency of Bill Clinton in 1998-1999, leading to his impeachment by the U.S. House of Representatives and acquittal by the Senate' is given roughly the same space. Hillary Rodham Clinton gets her own entry for the first time, which cites her intended run for U.S. Additionally helpful are the updated maps of the former Soviet Union and the Baltics.
