Having to give multiple people showers, change residents every 2 hours, help feed, clean the dining room, serve food, roll silver ware, wash clothes., etc. So many things you have to do for such a low pay rate. The most enjoyable part of the job is being able to make the residents happy and spending quality time with them. Small family-like community with free meals and juice but along with that comes alot of unfair favoritism towards certian co workers, lots of catty gossip, and inappropriate behavior comming from the supervisor and other workers.
